2-02 Box - Accident involving School Bus

Just prior to 1600hrs, Company 2 along with Engine 9, Ambulance 89-1, Ambulance 129-1, and Medic 81, were dispatched to the intersection of New Bloomfield Rd / S Main St for and Auto Accident involving a School Bus. Chief 2 arrived shortly after dispatch finding a Van that struck the front of the School Bus. The Squad arrived shortly after, and started checking to confirm that there were no injuries. ... No Caption 10-02 Box - Working Mobile Home Fire

Lieutenant Kyle Wise, January 29

Just before 1400hrs, RIT 2 was dispatched to the 400blk of Mitchell Rd in Newport for a Mobile Home Fire. The Truck w/4 responded. Chief 10 arrived with smoke showing. The Truck arrived sending its manpower forwards, and split crew to go to the roof for ventilation, as well as to assist with fire attack and overhaul. The Truck crew operated for about an hour before going available.

2-01 Box - First Due Working Fire

Shortly before 0430hrs, Company 2 and 9 were sent to the 1100blk of N High St for a reported house fire. County advised caller reporting they had fire in the ceiling in the bathroom. Chief 2 arrived on scene with smoke showing. The Squad arrived stretching 1 attack line into the building, and the truck set up for ventilation. Lieutenant Kyle Wise, January 23

DFC Members started Thursday morning just after 1000hrs by being dispatched for a 2nd Alarm Fire in Harrisburg City Box 1-3 for a house fire 1800blk of Susquehanna St. The Truck responded w/3, and arrived as the third due truck, sending manpower to assist with fire ground tasks. The Truck remained on scene for roughly 2hrs before being released by command.

Engine to Halifax 29-6 Box - House Fire

Lieutenant Kyle Wise, January 13

Just prior to 0800hrs, Engine 2 was dispatched as a replacement piece for a 1st alarm house fire in the 200blk of Armstrong St in Halifax Borough. The Engine responded with 4 on dispatch. On arrival, the crew split with 1 going in the bucket of Truck 20 to preform ventilation, and the others assisting interior with opening up and hitting hot spots. Tanker to Dauphin 38-6 Box - Fatal House Fire

Lieutenant Kyle Wise, January 09

Just after 0130hrs, the Tanker was dispatched as a replacement tanker for a working fire in Dauphin - Middle Paxton Fire Company’s 38-6 Box. Tanker 2 joined the Tanker shuttle, dumping 3 loads of water before returning available. The Tanker was committed on scene for 2 1/2hrs before being released.
