Squad Transfer to Cumberland County Company 20

This evening just prior to 2030hrs, the Squad transferred to Cumberland County Company 20 (Northeast Fire & Rescue), while crews operated on a first alarm fire in East Pennsboro Township. The Squad was transferred for about 3 hours, and ran zero additional calls.... (Full Story & Photos)

Tanker to Dauphin 38-6 Box - Fatal House Fire

Just after 0130hrs, the Tanker was dispatched as a replacement tanker for a working fire in Dauphin - Middle Paxton Fire Company’s 38-6 Box. Tanker 2 joined the Tanker shuttle, dumping 3 loads of water before returning available. The Tanker was committed on scene for 2 1/2hrs before being released.

New 2024 Utility Placed into Service

On Monday, October 14, 2024 the Duncannon Fire Company placed into service our new 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500HD, which is designated as Utility 2. This piece of apparatus is responsible for handling smaller scaled incidents such as service calls and medical calls. Utility 2 carries a variety of equipment ranging including saws, medical equipment, brush gear, and hazmat spill equipment.
